I am Ayden Grace, a multidisciplinary artist and performer whose work spans dance, choreography, and filmmaking. Growing up in Los Angeles I was constantly surrounded by the performing arts and film industry, and this is what what inspired my need to perform and create.

Dance became the foundation of my artistic identity, but my love of storytelling has always extended beyond movement. Throughout my training and professional experiences, I have had the opportunity to work across dance, theatre, television, and film, while also exploring choreography, singing, and music. My work has included fusions of contemporary and commercial dance, as well as working on my own independent film projects. I am especially interested in the relationship between movement and character, and how physical storytelling can translate across both stage and screen. One of the most meaningful parts of my artistic journey has been the creation of The Movement Journal, the home for all my creations.

I was able to hone my craft by earning my BFA in Dance from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), training in both Los Angeles and New York across dance, acting, voice, and musical theatre. There I was able to continue growing as an artist and make connections and form collaborations outside my major. I realized I am drawn to opportunities that allow me to collaborate, experiment, and move between disciplines. Whether I am performing, choreographing, acting, singing, writing, or creating behind the camera, I approach each project with curiosity, physicality, musicality, and intention. I hope to continue discovering new ways to tell stories, connect with audiences, and create work that moves people.
